Tourism management :))

I really enjoy studying my course at university. I can learn a lot of things about the travel agency, tour operator and their responsibility in providing the best services in order to get customer satisfaction. We must put customer priority at the very first place. Other than that, travelling around all the places can let me explore the world and get to know about different cultures of the places.
